Plushie Update
We are getting VERY VERY close to having the plushie available for y'all. The sample is in...its SO GREAT...we're just putting the finishing touches on it now. Stay tuned a just little longer -- it's going to be SO worth it!
In case you're wondering, you WILL be able to update your BackerKit survey once the plushie is available in the store. So there's no need to hold off in submitting your survey now. Go ahead and do that, and then you can add the plushie later on.

BackerKit Survey is Launched! + How to BackerKit

We hope you had a good relaxing week after all the fantastic excitement with the end of our campaign! We’re stoked to have been able to reach all our goals with you, especially the final plushie goal!!! We’ve already reserved spots on our bookcases and plushie shelves. We hope you do the same! Now, down to business.
BackerKit is Now Open!
Thank you all again for supporting us on Kickstarter! In order to get the items you paid for, you’ll need to fill out the order survey on BackerKit. I, Maya, will be breaking down the process so it’s super easy. We mentioned this in our previous update, and now I’m here to help you with a step by step process so you can make sure you did everything right. You should all receive your emails by the end of the day - if you haven't received it yet, give it 24 hours and then take a look at the following steps!
1. Receive the BackerKit survey email
This is what your email should look like! This part is luckily straight forward. So, first, click on the “Click Here to Respond” button to get started.
2. Filling it Out
2a. After you click to respond, you’ll be taken to the above image. It will tell you your pledge tier as well as how much you paid during the campaign. Since I know a lot of you overpaid to account for add-ons, I’m going to be re-creating that situation as best I can since it has several steps. Once you get to this screen, click on “Get Started!” to proceed.
2b. This is the first screen you’ll see. It’s where you can add any add-ons you like! Check out the arrows in the image. That’s where you can see how much credit you have for overpaying in the Kickstarter. In this test case, the test backer pledged $55. The STORY PACT tier is $40 with $10 shipping, so there’s still $5 remaining to be used in BackerKit.
If you’ve paid exactly and have all that you need, you can skip to step 2d. If you have extra funds and would like to put an add-on in your cart, please keep reading the following steps.
2c. If you’d like to put an add an add-on to your cart, click the “Add to Cart” button underneath the one you want!
Once you have one selected, your cart now looks like this! You can see that the cost of the add-on plus it’s shipping added $12 to the order.
Since there was already a $5 credit, only $7 is left to pay.
2d. Click on “Next” when you’re done adding things to your order.
2e. Next, you’ll see the following screen requesting your mailing address. Note, for Canada backers, we cannot take PO box addresses. If you need your order shipped to you in Canada, you will need a non-PO box address to get your stuff.
This part is CRUCIAL! You NEED to put your address in here in order to get your order. The next step here is to just fill it out! Once you have, click on “Next”, just like before.
When you click that, you’ll be directed toward an address confirming little pop-up like this.
That’s just so you can review the address. You can choose whichever one feels more safe to you or will make the most sense to your local postal service. Once you’re done, click on “Submit Selected Address” to continue on.
3. Order Confirmation and Payment
3a. Here is where you finish everything out.
3b. Now, just take a look and make sure you have everything. Take note of how much you still owe, if any.
3c. Confirm your shipping address. Again, note that if you are in Canada, this CANNOT be a PO box address.
3d. Make sure everything looks good for your pledge items and add-ons.
3e. Finally, insert your card information here if you do actually owe any additional funds.
4. Confirm your order!
The last step is just to confirm your order! Go ahead and click on “Place My Order” if your order summary looks all good. You NEED to click this to make sure your order will be shipped to you!
Once you click it, your final screen should look like this.
And, there you have it! That’s it! We’re hoping these steps will help y’all through this process. The BackerKit will be opened and accessible to you until a few months from now. Probably around December, and we’ll post a backer update email to let you know when that deadline is. Remember, for Canada addresses, we cannot take PO box addresses, so you will need to have an alternative address. If you are confused, want to be sure, or are having trouble with the BackerKit survey, you can TOTALLY reach out to us to help you out! We’ll be standing by at [email protected] for whatever you need.
Free Art Book
If you backed one of the previous two kickstarters and pledged the STORY PACT during the campaign, you're eligible for the free art book. We've been able to devise a way to automatically apply the free art book to those who are eligible, but there may be some special circumstances that need to be addressed.
If you believe that you are eligible and don't see the free art book automatically applied to your order, please reach out to [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Plushie Update
Just letting everyone know we are still a few weeks away from adding the ODIN'S FOX PLUSHIE to the BackerKit store. We will send out a backer update when it is added. Stay tuned!
Please remember that you cannot receive your order unless you fill out this survey! When the BackerKit is locked (which won’t be until months down the line), you will no longer be able to adjust your account, add things, or insert your address. This fulfillment will be done in a few waves. For all the orders that are completed on time, as per the deadline that we will MAKE SURE you all know about, those orders will be shipped with the first wave, in February. If you do not complete your order in time for those deadlines, you will suffer a shipping delay. The second wave of shipments will not go out until about a month after the first wave. You will still get what you order, but if you want everything first, please fill out your BackerKit survey ASAP! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance! [email protected] is standing by.

This is your last chance to upgrade your pledge before the campaign ends! Let's make sure we give ourselves a good cushion just to make sure there's no funny business at the end of the campaign. If you're thinking you're definitely going to want to get the plushie, it wouldn't hurt to add 10-20 dollars to your bid now -- the plushie will likely be more than that but if you can afford to keep that money as BackerKit credit for now, it would definitely help!
