Your furry friends are on their way! We're SO excited for you to receive these plushies - they were a true labor of love from the entire Ava's Demon Team and wouldn't have been possible without all of you! IT'S CUDDLE TIME!
We expect most of North America to be delivered by the end of the week, with Canada set to be delivered the following week, followed by all our international friends in the UK, EU, Asia and beyond. So keep an eye out for these purple boxes! You can't miss 'em. And of course, if there are any problems or questions, please email [email protected] and we'll get back to you asap. As many of you know, we've been a little bit shorthanded lately so we appreciate your patience, but we also wanted to say thank you for being the most incredible, supportive and understanding backers in all of Kickstarterland. The Ava's Demon community is like a tidal wave of pure love and joy and we're so, so grateful to all of you for being so amazing.
WAVE 2 - NOW SHIPPING!
We're also in the process of shipping out the second wave regular kickstarter shipments for those of you who didn't make the cutoff for wave 1. If you received an email from Quartermaster Logistics letting you know that your order has shipped, that's a very good sign, but a lot of folks has told us they never received the email and still got their shipment, so no need to worry! That said, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to email us at [email protected] and we'll look up your order status.
AUDIO GUIDE UPDATE
In addition to fulfilling all of our physical goods, the last piece of the puzzle we're working on is the Ava's Demon Book 1: Reborn Audio Guide! We've zeroed in on all of our talent and we're just about ready to get underway, so stay tuned for more updates in the coming months -- we're very excited to bring a whole new level of accessibility to Ava's Demon!
New Kickstarter: MR LOVENSTEIN PRESENTS: FAILURE!
We also wanted to give you a heads up about a new Kickstarter from Skybound, the very same folks who brought you Ava's Demon: Reborn! This one's a beautiful new 200-page hardcover graphic novel by a hilarious webcomics author named MR. LOVENSTEIN.

Shipping Timeline Update – First Wave, Second Wave, Plushies!

Followers of Titan!
We’ve got some very good news for you. Shipping has BEGUN! Follow along for all the details of when you’ll finally get your amazing and beautiful rewards! (Spoiler: Some of you might have already received them!)
After a few weeks delay because of an accidental box mix-up, the first wave has started shipping – in fact, some of you might have already received your rewards!
Here’s a breakdown by region:
Asia – Shipping in Asia should start next week with China and Hong Kong going out first. Orders to the farther regions in Asia will take 3-8 weeks to arrive depending on your specific country.
Australia and New Zealand (Using Aetherworks) - Packing the orders is underway! These orders should all be in the postal system by the end of next week.
European Union (Using Surfin Meeple France) - Shipping in the EU is also slated to start next week. We have a new hub in the EU that we are able to use for shipping now that Brexit has happened, which means backers in the EU will NOT have to pay any customs to receive orders!
United Kingdon (Using Spiral Galaxy) - UK shipping is also supposed to start sometime next week. We’re still using Spiral Galaxy and a hub within the UK, so there will also be no additional customs costs for UK backers.
United States and Rest of World (Using QML) - QML is fulfilling the orders as we speak, and some are already in the mail! We expect that all of the packages will be in the mail by the end of next week.
Canada (Using QML) - The packages for Canada will trucked up from Florida once QML is done labeling them. That means they will be put on a truck next week, and we estimate shipping in Canada should start in about 2 weeks.
We really can’t wait for you all to start receiving your orders. Please post here in our comments section as well on social media when you do! We want to make sure everything gets to you safe and sound. If you do post on social media, use #AvasDemon!
Second Wave Shipping Estimated for Mid-April – CARDS CHARGED APRIL 9TH
We will start shipping the second wave after the first wave has had some time to get out the door. Some of these orders still need to have their cards charged for completion, so we are going to charge all second wave cards onAPRIL 9th! If you have an issue with your card that would prevent payment, that needs to be resolved between you and your bank before the 9th. If you’d like to just check in with us to verify you are in the second wave, you can send us an email at [email protected], and we'll help you out!
Once all the cards have been charged, we’ll start getting that data to QML and all of the other international hubs. Since they already have all of the stock, the turnover for shipping is faster than it was for the first wave. We estimate the second wave to start shipping by the end of April, and we’ll post another backer update when those have also started shipping! Again, please send us an email if you need some help or clarification!
Plushies, Plushies, PLUSHIES!!

Last but not least, the glorious Odin’s Fox plushies will ship immediately following the second wave! Right now, we are aiming to have the plushies start shipping in the beginning of May. We're so excited for all of you to have your stuff! Because we want to have those ready for the beginning of May, the cut off for address changes for plushie orders will be April 19th. Right now, if you have moved or need your plushie to go somewhere different than the address on your original order from either wave, you can send us an email and we can make those adjustments for you. AfterApril 19th, you will not be able to make any changes to your address, and you will have to set up mail forwarding with your local postal service on your end.

FULFILLMENT UPDATE + Excellence Kickstarter!

Just a little pre-fulfillment update for you!
Our friends over at Quartermaster Logistics are telling us that we're MOSTLY on track. We were able to successfully resolve the keychain issues we reported last time, but unfortunately it looks like the books got held up a bit in transit. The difference will only be a couple weeks off of what we originally had planned, and even though there's nothing we could have done to prevent this, we're still kinda bummed! We'd really hoped to get everything to you at the end of February as promised...TITAN FORGIVE US!!
And with that, here's the planned fulfillment schedule as it stands right now:
United States& Canada
Fulfillment is estimated to begin in early to mid March after the arrival of the books. We anticipate fulfillment to take about a week to fully complete. Please note that packages for Canada will have about a week of additional transit to a Canadian FedEx facility from which they will ship domestically.
United Kingdom
Fulfillment is estimated to begin in early to mid March after the arrival of the last of the product. We anticipate fulfillment to take a few days to complete.
European Union
Fulfillment is estimated to begin in mid March after the arrival of the books. We anticipate fulfillment to take about a week to fully complete.
Australia/New Zealand
Fulfillment should begin in early March, but there might be a short delay because one of the boxes wasn't delivered.
Asia
Fulfillment is still estimated to begin in early March. We expect the packing to be complete by mid-late March, and orders to China, Hong Kong, and Macao will arrive shortly after. Orders to the farther Asian regions will take 3-8 weeks to arrive depending on their specific country.
Rest of World
Everything else will be shipped from the North American fulfillment center and should follow a similar track as the US & Canada, with normal transit delays because the packages need to go all around the planet!

Our Bloodstone Campaign Launches TODAY!

Happy Tuesday, Lovely Ava’s Demons!
I hope you’re all doing well! We can’t wait to get all this stuff out to you. I’m as excited for my plushie as I’m sure y’all are for yours ^_^ For those of you who enjoy tabletop games, our tabletop team has some news we wanted to share about a NEW game we’ve been working on! We wanted to reach out here to see if we have any backers with similar interests!!! Please check it out.
Our Tabletop Game Bloodstone has LAUNCHED TODAY!
If you’ve enjoyed any of our past games, we KNOW you’re going to enjoy this one. Our new game Bloodstone JUST LAUNCHED TODAY!!! Bloodstone is a fast-paced arena combat game for 1-8 players. One mode of the game allows players to fight in fierce competitive PVP matches! If monsters are more your style, there’s a story driven co-op campaign where you fight terrifying creatures! It’s got a little bit for everyone, including in depth lore of the story around the game. As a sneak peak, the game takes place in the empire of Stormwrath! Although once great, the empire has fallen to a coup. Now, the priest-queen Vanira draws on the immense power of Bloodstone to destroy anyone that would challenge her authority. But a rebellion is brewing, and the champions in the arena must put aside their grudges and begin planning their escape if they ever hope to win their freedom and free the Kingdom from Vanira’s iron grasp. We know how much you all love lore and stories, so we really think we hit it out of the park with this one.
We also have another very important thing to note about this campaign. This is a KICKSTARTER EXCLUSIVE CAMPAIGN! That means that the game will not be in any retail distribution channels after the campaign. Extra games could potentially be offered at future conventions, but the whole world is in quarantine, and it would be at a higher price. It’s important to note that that is only going to happen IF we have any games left after the campaign. Follow along with the campaign for more details on that!
